As The Reflective Doc, she interviews physicians, research scientists, psychotherapists and others who share helpful information about mental health concerns. She is a regular contributor to Psychology Today with her blog, “Think Like a Shrink,” and makes regular guest appearances on other health-focused podcasts. Her mission is to normalize the difficult experiences we have as human beings while removing the stigma of mental illness, encouraging people to seek the help they need to live their best lives.
